About the Teacher
Stephanie Osborn
After a serious health scare in 2006, I realized the impact that stress and anxiety had on my well-being. This began my journey into stress management and the daily practices that support it. Over time, I discovered that these practices were foundational to high emotional intelligence, which in turn is key to a low-stress, fulfilling life.Managing my stress effectively has allowed me to achieve my goals with ease and view challenges as opportunities for growth. For over 15 years, I’ve been dedicated to learning and teaching others how to cultivate high emotional intelligence, focusing on three core competencies: self-awareness, self-regulation, and empathy. These areas are not only the easiest to improve but also have the most significant impact on one's life.With a background in Finance and Business Administration from Bentley University, and extensive experience as a corporate trainer, I’ve facilitated over 100 trainings on various topics, including mindfulness, stress management, and emotional intelligence. My mission is to help individuals develop the skills necessary to increase their emotional intelligence, unlock their full potential, achieve their goals, and reduce stress.In this course, "Setting Boundaries Without Alienating People," I will guide you through the essential techniques to set and maintain healthy boundaries, empowering you to nurture healthier relationships and a more balanced life.
