I'm Stephanie
After a serious health scare in 2006, I realized just how much stress had been running my life. That wake-up call set me on a journey to discover practical, effective ways to reduce stress and create a life of balance, ease, and fulfillment.
Now, after over 15 years of teaching these techniques, I help others break free from the stress cycle and build daily habits that create a calmer, more intentional, and stress-free life.
