My Journey
After a serious health scare back in 2006, I realized the toll stress and anxiety had taken on my body and mind. This kicked off my journey of exploring and implementing the tools for managing stress and how to practice them each day.
During this time I didn't know that what I was learning were the key building blocks of high emotional intelligence. Or that high emotional intelligence was the key to a low-stress, happy life.
Effectively managing my stress has allowed me to achieve my goals with ease, and to view challenges as lessons to be learned.
I've spent the last decade and a half learning and teaching others how to create the habits of high emotional intelligence so that they too can achieve their goals.

My Professional Background
Stephanie earned both her Bachelor of Science in Finance and her Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Bentley University.
Stephanie has been training groups of people throughout her career, on various topics from staff development to health and wellness.
Stephanie has been a corporate trainer for Employee Assistance Providers (EAP) since June 2016 and has facilitated over 100 EAP trainings for over 30 different topics. Stephanie has presented workshops on Mindfulness, Stress Management, Emotional Intelligence, and a variety of mental and physical health.

Interesting Facts About Me...
I live in coastal New England with my husband and three cats. We have two adult children that have flown the nest.
We love to hike year round and enjoy the beauty of our rural surroundings.
I can trace my ancestry all the way back to Thomas Rogers, one of the passengers on the Mayflower!
I have worked hard to overcome a life of stress and anxiety. I love sharing what I've learned with others and seeing them build happier, more joyful lives!
